“Who froze my water bowl?”

I thought it was about time I posted an update on the health and fitness of my photo assistant (A.K.A. our dog Arrow) after her unfortunate accident on her first and only time skiing.

Arrow has made a complete recovery and is now back to her old ways of running around like a lunatic.  I haven’t taken her skiing again since her injury – at first because she was still recovering and later because there is bugger all snow at our local ski hills.  But we will be skiing again together soon and this time (a) I will be more cautious, and (b) I may even video her low flying over the white stuff for your amusement!

This is what can happen when you take your photo assistant skiing!  Luckily the bandages are off now and the stitches come out (and hopefully the bucket off) day after tomorrow.  I might even have to put up a video of her reaction once that bucket comes off and she can run free again…stay tuned.

She will be skiing again soon, but with a much more cautious skiing buddy this time…
