New Year’s Eve 2011 photos from Coronet Peak

Happy New Year everybody!

I hope that you all had a fantastic New Year’s Eve and your heads aren’t hurting too much today!

I just wanted to say a huge thank-you to all our friends for being generally wonderful people and helping us see 2011 out in style!

My girl Jada and I  spent New Year’s Eve at Gobbler’s Ski Lodge up at Coronet Peak Ski Area having a BBQ-type shindig with all our friends.  To top things off some of our mates had arranged a HIlux to shuttle us and our bikes to the top of the hill all day.

The sun was shining, the tracks were dusty, people were smiling (and yahooing), the beer was cold, our tyres were schralping…We finished the night off with some great tunes and good conversation, a pot-luck dinner and a little bit of boogying.  Perfect!

It was an epic New Year’s Eve, thanks to everybody for being such awesome friends and generally making New Year’s Eve 2011 one to remember!  Here are a few pix from the day, hope you all get as much of a giggle out of them as I did!  Bring on 2012!!

I am a wedding photographer based in beautiful Queenstown, New Zealand. I have been full-time with the photography thing since 2006 and still can’t believe I get to do what I love for a job! Here are a few words that I think sum me up: I AM…tall and bald, happy, imaginative, constantly hungry, active and friendly. I LOVE…my girl, coffee, photography, fooooooood, my family and friends, riding bikes, being outside, the simple things in life, people… I love my life! I believe that wedding photography can and should be SIMPLE, NATURAL, BEAUTIFUL.
