Ok, I have to admit that I’m very proud of this idea of mine for an awesome potential new Queenstown wedding venue.  I think the Earnslaw would make an awesome wedding venue!  Particularly if you were into the whole vintage theme thing.  (The Earnslaw is 100 years old in October 2012 meaning she was made in 1912 so I guess it would be a 1920s wedding theme?)

I have just received a PDF from Real Journeys (the company that owns and runs the Earnslaw) with all their prices and info about weddings on both the Earnslaw and at Walter Peak station.

I am unable to load the PDF here in a way that you can download, but if you post a comment at the bottom of this page or email me at weddings@fallon.co.nz I’d be happy to send  a copy of the info to you.

I will post more info about the Earnslaw and Walter Peak here in the next week or two.  I hope somebody out there thinks the Earnslaw would make as great a wedding venue as I do – I would dearly love to shoot a wedding on the Earnslaw one day!

In the meantime, here’s a photo of the beautiful Lady of the Lake.  I’ll be back with more info as soon as I can.
